Come join us and make your very own board game at Fastaval!<\/p>\n

We\u2019ll hand out materials from already published board games, and it\u2019s your job to transform those into your very own brand new board game.<\/p>\n

We\u2019ve got a secluded and dedicated area where we can work on the games, playtest and help each other out. A big part of Game Rush is this particular aspect of feedback and community, which is invaluable when making board games. <\/p>\n

Game Rush starts Wednesday evening with an introduction and kickoff event. It ends Friday evening where each participant (or team) gets 10 minutes to present their game to the judges.<\/p>\n

Afterward, the judges will debate the games and find a final winner, which will be presented with \u201cThe Egg\u201d (sign of an aspiring talent) award at the big Otto Award. Show on Sunday evening at Fastaval. <\/p>\n

Having said that, Game Rush is mostly about the focus on creative freedom, and being part of a safe and learning community, in which it\u2019s possible to try yourself out and test your abilities. It\u2019s not only accepted but expected, that you\u2019ll fail your way to success. <\/p>\n

Krav til deltagere:<\/strong> Du skal kunne v\u00e6re til stede under opstart og afslutningen p\u00e5 Game Rush.<\/p>\n

Important times:<\/strong> Wednesday kl. 20.00-23.00 (Introduction) + Friday 19.00-22.00 (Evaluation)<\/p>\n

How it will unfold:
Wednesday April 1st, 20.00 \u2013 23.00
\u2192 Introduction with guidance to get started well (participation mandatory). <\/p>\n

Thursday April 2nd
\u2192 Work freely on your games. We\u2019ll be meeting ad hoc during the day to work and help each other out with playtesting, feedback, help, and guidance from one another. <\/p>\n

Friday April 3rd
\u2192 Deadline & presentation of games in front of the judges (mandatory participation).
Each participant \/team will get 10 minutes to pitch\/present their game for the group of judges (who will include K\u00e5re Torndahl Kj\u00e6r & Allan A. Kirkeby)  <\/p>\n

Sunday April 5th
\u2192 During the big Otto party, we will reveal the winner of the Game Rush competition, who will be awarded “the Egg\u201d (the symbol of budding talent).
