ALEA<\/a>, the association behind Fastaval, works to create a safe and inclusive community where creativity, volunteerism, and socializing thrive. Fastaval is an open cultural event where all participants and volunteers should feel welcome and respected. <\/p>

This social policy describes the values and guidelines that form the basis of our community. It sets out the framework for good behavior and responsible interaction with each other and explains how we deal with any breaches of the policy. <\/p>
