Fastaval’s main organizers<\/a> take all types of inquiries seriously. The most important thing is that they are contacted directly, otherwise they cannot act on specific cases. If you are unsure whether you should write to them, do so. They also know that it sometimes takes time before you have the energy or desire to make contact. If you have a concern about an unsafe experience you have had, a personal conflict, or a violation of the code of conduct<\/a>, please contact the main organizers associated with the safe mail at safe@fastaval.dk<\/a>. Only two selected main organizers will receive your inquiry. In 2026, these are Maj Kondrup and Mads Heimdal Thy. <\/p>

Once we have received your email, we will immediately enter into dialogue with you about the next steps. The main organizers will often contact you for further information about the incident or conflict, as it is extremely important for them to have all the details in place. You may also have friends or acquaintances who can support your inquiry. The inquiry will then be discussed at the next main organizer meeting. <\/p>

Once the main organizers have made a decision, they will contact you with their response. All inquiries are treated equally, but the decision on whether to take action is made on a case-by-case basis. <\/p>

The main organizers cannot promise that they will handle your request 100% as you wish. But they can promise that they will always listen and take your request seriously. They will always do their best to meet you where you need it. Fastaval’s main organizers are volunteers and are therefore not subject to confidentiality requirements in a legal sense. However, they always work on the principle that ALL personal matters and conflicts are treated confidentially. <\/p>

The principle of confidentiality also means that you cannot expect any particular insight into the handling\/outcome of a case \u2013 not even if it is one that you report as a third party.<\/p>
