The Information Desk (also known as Info) is Fastaval’s one-stop shop if you need help or information. This is where you can go if you have questions, are lost, are having problems with your scenario, need a band-aid, need the phone number for the nearest taxi service, or need to get in touch with the organizers.
The Info crew are called Infonauts, and you can recognize them by their orange colors and fez hats. Infoen is who you meet on your first day at Fastaval when you check in and get your wristband. Infoen also makes sure that all scenarios have the players they need and that any vacant spots are allocated to interested players in the reserve queue.
If you would like to help out at the Information Desk, you can become an intern for a day. Please contact the Information Desk if you would like to try your hand at being an Infonaut.
You can find the information at Mariagerfjord Gymnasium.
Opening hours:
Wednesday 3pm-8.30pm
Thursday-Saturday 9.30am-8.30pm
Sunday 9.30am-5pm

The general on duty is a person in charge who you can contact around the clock during Fastaval. The person on duty can be contacted by both participants and organizers by phone at +45 93 90 35 69.
Who is the general on duty?
The role of general on duty is rotated among the main organizers for the year. The general on duty can always be recognized by their blue sash with the word “General” written on it.

How can the general on duty help?
You can always call the general on duty if you need help. This could be, for example, if you or others have been injured, you find yourself in an unsafe situation, or there are problems with external authorities.
In urgent situations, you should always call 112 first.
In most cases, the general on duty primarily acts as a helping hand to the year’s organizers. During Fastaval, it is always the general on duty who makes ad hoc decisions and solves any problems and situations that may arise. It is the general on duty who brings difficult problems to the attention of the rest of the main organizing group so that they can assess the situation together. It is also the general on duty who has the keys to all the rooms at Fastaval.
Remember!
- If you are a participant or organizer and need information, please contact the Information Desk.
- If you need someone to talk to or a mental space to process an experience, you can always contact Safety Hosts on tel. + 45 93 90 35 67
Fastaval has over 900 participants, and during Easter, the festival produces more than two containers of trash. Dirtbusters is an organizing group that heroically fights waste and chaos and keeps Fastaval clean for the benefit of us all. Dirtbusters can be recognized by their boiler suit uniforms, their swab and duct tape weapons, and their nicknames, which are sure to bring to mind various cleaning products.
Dirtbusters work around the clock during Fastaval to create a pleasant, clean, and cozy environment.

Every year, Fastaval generates a lot of dirty dishes. Although participants are generally good at putting their dirty dishes in the sink, extra effort is still needed. Every Fastaval, a fresh team of dishwashers stands ready, and together with members of the Hero Force, they wash everything thoroughly and put things back in their place. This ensures that there are always clean plates, cutlery, and other tableware at Fastaval. The dishwashers are a relatively invisible part of the organization, but they are always in good spirits and take pride in their work ethic. Dishwashing at Fastaval is a very important task, so give a high-five the next time you meet a dishwasher.
If you would like to help out at The Dishwashers, you can get a Hero Force assignment here.

Every year at Fastaval, there is a group of very special organizers who haul, drive, and organize the transport of equipment and goods to and from Fastaval. Purchasing & Transport does a tremendous amount of logistical and manual work, which is a prerequisite for running a convention like Fastaval. At odd hours and both before and after Fastaval, they move furniture to Otto’s Living Room, refrigerators to the Bar, pick up box after box of stuff for the Info Desk, and much, much more. The Consulate is a small, relatively unknown organizing group, but they do an invaluable job. So if you see a Consulate member during Fastaval, feel free to give them a high-five.
TV at Fastaval
It is a tradition at Fastaval that every year a TV crew films, edits, and writes short sketches and entertaining segments that capture the spirit and special atmosphere of Fastaval. TV is broadcast every evening at Fastaval in Otto’s Living Room at midnight and again at 3 p.m. the following day.
Over the years, there have been many different TV teams with different names. For example, John-TV, Fasta-TV, Propaganda-TV, Ottochannel, Pingvinstuen, Latex-TV, and ChaosTV.
This year’s Fastaval TV producers of… The No Man’s Land Team!

The Organizer Lounge
The organizer lounge is a room available to all organizers. Here, they can take a well-deserved break in peaceful and pleasant surroundings. There is space to enjoy a cup of coffee and have a good chat with the other organizers. It can also be used as a workroom for smaller tasks if you need to get on top of any logistical organizational tasks.
The organizer lounge facilities include a tea kitchen with snacks, a cloakroom, toilets, and comfortable seating.
You will find the organizer lounge next to Kaffekroen.
Opening hours: Every day from 8 a.m. to 1 a.m.
