Terms and conditions for Fastaval (Foreningen Alea)

Valid for purchasing tickets for the Fastaval event via the registration system

The webshop and ticket sales are owned and operated by Foreningen Alea (Fastaval)

These terms of sale and delivery apply to all purchases made on fastaval.dk. By completing the transaction, you accept the conditions below.

2. Ordering and Prices

All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and are without VAT as we as an association are VAT exempt.

Through fastaval.dk you can order:

  1. Entrance ticket

  2. Accommodation (incl. mattress rental)

  3. Catering (Food tickets)

  4. Merchandise (Wear, dice etc.)

3. Payment and Deadlines

We accept the following payment methods: Dankort, VISA/Dankort, VISA, Mastercard. Payment is made via a secure connection through our payment provider (Nets).

IMPORTANT: Special payment deadlines To ensure correct ordering from our suppliers, the following rules apply:

  • Merchandise and Food: Must be paid by February 24 at 23:59 .

    • If payment for food or merchandise is not registered by this deadline, these parts of your order will be deleted automatically without further notice.

  • Entrance Ticket and Accommodation: Can be paid online during registration or upon arrival at Fastaval (Check-in).

    • You will not lose your place at Fastaval by waiting until arrival to pay for your ticket/accommodation, but we encourage online payment to minimize the queue at the entrance and help us with cash flow for the event.

4. Delivery

  • Digital Tickets: Delivery of participant tickets, food tickets and sleeping place reservations is done digitally. Immediately after registration, you will receive an order confirmation by email and your tickets will be available on your profile in the Fastaval.dk registration page and via the app.

  • Physical Merchandise: Items ordered (Wear etc.) will be handed out physically at check-in during the congress against presentation of a ticket. Items will not be sent by post.

5. Right of withdrawal and cancellation

As Fastaval sells different types of services, different cancellation rules apply:

A. Food and Merchandise (No right of withdrawal after February 24) According to Section 18(2)(12) of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, there is normally no right of withdrawal for catering and leisure offers on specific dates.

  • Our service: You are free to change or delete your food and merchandise order until February 24 at 23:59 .

  • After February 24: The order is binding. If you have paid, the amount will not be refunded as we have placed a binding order with our suppliers. If you have not paid before the deadline, the order is automatically deleted (see section 3).

B. Entrance ticket and accommodation You always have the option to cancel your participation (entrance and accommodation) before the start of the congress. As we offer payment on arrival, your registration is considered a reservation that is only finally and financially effective upon payment.

C. Complaints If you experience errors with your order – for example, you have been given the wrong shirt size or are missing a food ticket in the app – please contact check-in or Infoen during Fastaval so we can correct the error immediately.

6. Reservations and Cancellation

The Alea Association reserves the right to misprints and changes in the program. The cancellation or filling up of a specific role-playing game or board game does not justify a reduction in the price of the entrance ticket other than for the specific user payment for an event, as the ticket gives access to the entire event, not just individual activities.

To complete your registration, we need your information. We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which you can find at fastaval.dk/privacy-policy.

8. Right of appeal

If you want to complain about your purchase, please contact info@fastaval.dk. If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can file a complaint with the House of Nævnenes Hus.
