Magic the Gathering – Two-headed Giant

You get 8 boosters in your team to build 2 decks.

Two-Headed Giant is a fun format where you play together in teams of 2 players against other teams, and all decisions are made as a team as you attack and block together.

• Each team has 30 lives in total
• Each team takes their turn simultaneously, drawing cards as a team, attacking as a team, blocking as a team and going through all phases of the turn as a team.
• The starting team may not draw cards on the first turn.
• You can’t share mana or deal cards from your hand, and cards that refer to “YOU” on cards still refer to each individual player.
• Teams can talk to each other and look at each other’s hands.
• The first Mulligan is free, after that you get one less card for every Mulligan you take.

Effects that hit each opponent or each player hit each person separately. For example, when Rabid Bloodsucker enters the field, each player will lose 2 lives – meaning both teams will lose 4 lives.
