Moderne Folkedans

Join a range of social dances based on traditional Danish folk dancing, but refreshed with the rhythms of Shakira and Rasmus Seebach. You will learn steps such as polka, “hurretrin,” and learn to do “the chain”. We will dance both classics from previous years at Fastaval as well as brand-new ones, and as always, we finish with Pornopolka. It’s a good idea to wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. I will mostly give directions in Danish but will translate if needed.
