Presentation
- Duration: 60-90 minutes
- Player count: 2 OR 4
- Language: English
In Breach: Go Loud players control four SWAT operatives each with their own individual loadout.
Starting out Quiet, you’ll have the element of surprise.
At any point, you can decide to go Loud, enhancing your capabilities to successfully clear the building.
Loud operatives will increase hostile response, so deciding when, who and where someone goes loud is one of the main decisions you will face. Go Loud too soon, and the encounter can quickly become overwhelming. Wait too long, and the situation may turn into a deathtrap.
Plan each Breach and assess the situation based on current Intel.
Your Intel indicates the likely number of Hostiles and Hostages inside the building, but their numbers and position is unclear right until the Breach.
Working together, you execute Tactics, be it a tactical shotgun-breach or smoke grenade stalling hostiles. Tactics help counter any sudden unexpected developments and even the odds during the mission.
As a trained SWAT operative, you don’t rely on luck. Firearms behave predictably, grenades land where intended, and if a shot is possible, it connects. There are no dice rolls, no random misses.
It is up to you to decide on the best strategy depending on the situation.
Each round should end with everybody yelling “clear”!
Inspiration for Breach: Go Loud came from games such as: Flashpoint: Fire rescue, Gloomhaven and Zombiecide.
