As a hybrid of Fastaval-style freeform scenarios and full scale 360 larps, chamber larps developed from being a rare occurence to a genre of its own in the late 00s and early 10s. 

Many new arenas have opened up, providing spaces and equipment to develop the genre, but also to streamline it.

This talk is an attempt to summarize the history of Nordic chamber larp, and to ask a few questions on what is needed to further develop the chamber larp scene in the years to come.
